Return & Refund Policy

You can return a product bought from Silk Me within 7 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all products returned meet the following conditions:

  1. Products must be unused and must maintain their original, pristine condition. Returns cannot be processed for items that have been worn, washed, or modified.
  2. Products should show no signs of wear or damage, unless they were initially received in a damaged state.
  3. Certain hygiene products, such as face masks, are non-returnable. However, if you experience any issues with your hygiene product purchase, we can offer alternative solutions like discounts, store credit refunds, or exchanges for alternative items at no extra charge.

To create a return request kindly send an email to support@silkme.ae with the order number, reason for return and supporting images.

Once your return has been approved, guidelines on return shipping will be provided. Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the return is a result of a mistake on our behalf such as wrong color/size or damaged product. Please note shipping delays, beyond our control are not considered valid reason for return.

Once the product has been received by us, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return guideline of being unused and it’s original packaging. If the product is eligible for return, customer can decide to get

  • Full refund to the original payment method. Please note that the processing time of the refund will vary depending on the bank’s processing time. This option is only available for returns due to our error in color/size.
  • Exchange and get another product of the same value or pay the difference. This option is only available for returns due to our error in color/size.
  • Store credit of the same value, to be used at a later date to purchase from our website

All returns are subject to a return admin fee of 20%. This fee is to cover the cost related to processing returns, restocking and any damages to returned items. This fee can be waived off in cases where the mistake is on our part (wrong color/size) or is damaged.
